Cancellation Policy
Age Requirement - Participants must be 8 years or older to join the class Class Sizes - Each class requires a minimum of 3 participants to run and can accommodate up to 7 people maximum - If fewer than 3 spots are booked, the class will be rescheduled, you’ll have the option to join the another class date or request a full refund Cancellations & Rescheduling - We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule - Please email us at hola@xocodiva.mx if you need to cancel or reschedule - While we do not offer refunds, your deposit can be applied toward a future class date - Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled class
