BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Xocodiva.

You would be entrusted with the task of forging new partnerships and exploring new avenues for growth. With a keen eye for opportunities, you would be adept at identifying potential partners and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and building strong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify leads from multiple target markets including but not limited to Hotels (large and small) tour groups, event planners (Weddings etc)

- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

- Present our company to potential clients

- Identify client opportunities and suggest appropriate products

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

- Report to the owners and management team (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

- Spanish and English fluency
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Track record of achieving sales quotas

- Experience/knowledge of Puerto Vallarta hotels

- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability create and deliver engaging presentations
